Frequently asked questions
Does it work with eBay and my Shopify?
Yes. The eBay connector links to your seller account read-only across 15 marketplaces (incl. .it) and imports sales, fees, returns and traffic. Shopify connects via OAuth and brings in orders, per-SKU costs and site sessions. Other channels come in via Excel. You can display every figure in any currency you choose, and if you connect Shopify it adopts your store's currency on its own.
Do I need to know Excel or formulas?
No. With the connectors you don't need any file. If you prefer Excel, download the template, fill in the columns you have and drag it in: the parser handles the rest.
Is my sales data safe?
Yes: each account sees only its own data (database-level isolation), channel tokens are encrypted, connections are read-only and you can delete everything whenever you want. Privacy policy.
How does it know the real cost of goods?
In three ways, in priority order: the cost you enter by hand per item, your Excel (also by lots), Shopify's cost-per-item. And it always shows how much of the net profit is based on real vs estimated costs.
