Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience only. The Italian version of these Terms is the legally binding one, and the Service is governed by Italian law.

These Terms govern the use of ReProfit («the Service»), provided by GM Commerce Group S.r.l., VAT no. IT09143370725 («we»). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Subject of the Service

ReProfit is an analytics tool for reselling: it imports your purchase and sale data (uploaded or synced from connected marketplaces) and computes profit, margins, ROI, capital in stock and related metrics. The Service provides informational tools and does not constitute tax, accounting, legal or financial advice.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Subscriptions, payments and renewals

• Paid plans are handled through Stripe; prices and billing frequency are shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically upon expiry, unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Any refund conditions are shown at the time of purchase and in compliance with applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other people's data; overload, attack or circumvent the security measures (including exceeding request limits); copy or resell the Service without authorization.

5. Your data and content

The data you upload or sync remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process it in order to provide you with the Service. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service «as is» and limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». While we strive for accuracy, the calculations depend on the data you provide or that comes from third parties (marketplaces) and may contain errors or estimates: the decisions you make based on the Service remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the trademark and the content of the Service are owned by us or by their respective owners and are protected by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access in the event of a breach of these Terms or a security risk. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Bari has jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
